My Dance Results

When we got there the first dance that I did was Hang Me Up to Dry which is my jazz dance. I didn't think that we did really good but when it was time for awards we ended up getting gold which is the 3rd best you could get. Here is a scale of what is the worst and the best:

High silver: worst
gold: a little better than high silver
high gold: almost the best
platinum: the best

We also got 3rd place over all with that dance.
After that dance I had And Then What which is my hip hop dance. WE won high gold which we were surprised and we thought that we did better but we were still proud. WE also won first over all which is...AWESOME!!! Along with the first over all thingy we got $100 check for our studio. Everybody was so proud.
The last dance that I did was called Reto Active which is our whole dance team in one dance.We only got gold on that one and we didn't even place. I think that this is because we have little girls that are about 6 yrs. old and they mess the dance up for us. Next year we are all going to have a seperate whole team dance that we can all be happy with. I am so exited about next year.
Next year Jete Dance Company is going to have 2 studios so that the company team can have our own studio. It is going to have raised floors so that when we tap you can hear the echo and yuo tell what it will sound like on stage. WE are also going to have a tap produstion. I am also going to do a lyrical deuo with Morgan, my dance friend, together. I think that it is going to be beautiful. I AM SO EXITED!!!
In April we are going to Alabama to dance and we are going to have so much fun. Some people are flying (which I would LOVE TO) but we are driving. I do think that it it pointless for people to fly if we are just going to Alabama.
